Early Intervention (EI) is a statewide program in Pennsylvania designed to support infants and toddlers who have developmental delays or disabilities. Services focus on enhancing development and minimizing the need for special education services later in life.

Care Services Supports Management Early Intervention Services provides services in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Human Services and Office of Child Development and Early Learning regulations. Eligibility, service authorization, and service delivery are determined by county Early Intervention programs.
